Customer Success Representative | Dutch & English
About this role
Are you passionate about technology, customer-focused, and skilled at building lasting client relationships? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Representative on behalf of our client, a leading global provider of visual display solutions based in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Excellence & Support
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customers, managing both consumer and business client interactions
- Deliver comprehensive product guidance and troubleshoot technical issues via phone and email communication
- Ensure exceptional service standards through prompt, professional, and solution-oriented customer responses
- Process and coordinate all inbound customer inquiries, support requests, and service tickets
- Continuously develop expertise in product offerings to provide accurate and valuable customer assistance
E-commerce Operations & Stock Management
- Support online platform operations by overseeing inventory levels and order fulfillment activities
- Coordinate spare parts distribution and manage specialized product requests
- Assist with digital commerce processes and ensure smooth order completion workflows
Client Partnership & Account Development
- Nurture and expand relationships within the existing business client base
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and support client retention strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Near native Dutch and professional fluency in English
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
- Prior experience with online order fulfillment and warehousing is a plus
- Technical aptitude and interest in visual display technology products are preferred
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
What We Offer
- Annual gross salary between €38,000 and €41,000, including 8% holiday allowance
- Annual performance bonus based on personal and company achievements
