About this role
Our client is looking for customer-focused professionals to join their Service team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you’ll support B2C and B2B customers, handle communications with resellers, and assist with their online shop.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact between the brand and customers
Handle daily communications in Dutch with customers, resellers, and authorized service providers across Europe
Manage a ticketing system for support requests from end-users and resellers
Provide product information and effective technical support via phone and email
Log, track, and manage incoming service and support requests
Assist with the online store, including stock checks and order fulfilment
Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and support tools

Requirements
C2 level Dutch speaker (mandatory) + Excellent English
Team player, open-minded, and flexible to help with various tasks
Willing to learn and use automated tools like Power BI and Power Automate (training provided)
Interest or experience in e-commerce is a plus
Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
Team player, open-minded, and flexible to help with various tasks
Willing to learn and use automated tools like Power BI and Power Automate (training provided)
Interest or experience in e-commerce is a plus

Salary
€2900-€3100 per month
