  • Managing all aspects of customer service, including quoting, contract review, order entry, and customer setup.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as account management, purchasing, and product management to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance customer relationships and contribute to business growth by addressing challenges proactively.
  • Supporting additional tasks and projects to meet both customer and organizational objectives.

What do we offer you

  • A gross monthly salary between € 2700 and € 3000, based on your experience and skills.
  • A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
  • A full-time role (36-40 hours per week) in Alphen aan den Rijn.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager who thrives in an international setting and excels in fostering strong client relationships.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP software and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on achieving results.
