In the role of Customer Service Coordinator Export, you provide an efficient level of customer service by ensuring customers are regularly updated with regards to their order book, shipments are paid within trading terms and completed on time with correct documentation.
In order to achieve an optimal service, the customer service team works together with various departments (for example finance, ecommerce, marketing, logistics). With your proactive and accurate way of working you make the difference for our customer and your colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Process all customers’ orders and ensure that sales orders are confirmed by customers before PO is placed or stock allocated.
Liaise with Purchasing and Export colleagues to obtain delivery dates for incoming stock.
Check warehouse & Freight Forwarders incoming schedules and investigate any delay & delivery discrepancies.
Ensure that goods are shipped to customers on a regular basis to meet their delivery requirements.
Answer queries from customers when required.
Regularly update warehouses with incoming and outgoing export shipping schedules.
Regularly update customers on the progress of their orders including any discrepancies and delays.
Allocate, pick and ship orders in line with credit status and shipping schedules.
Cash collection: Ensure prepayments are received before shipments. Reconcile A/C accordingly.
Ensure shipments are accompanied by correct documentationIn addition to these duties and responsibilities, the jobholder may be required to carry out other tasks assigned by her manager.

Requirements:

We are looking for a colleague who:
Has MBO+ working and thinking level;
Knows how to operate in a customer friendly way;
Previous experience of customer services within an export/shipping department;
Has commercial awareness and strong communication skills;
Is fluent in German, English and preferably one other language;
Dutch is a plus
Has a strong interest in sports;
Has advanced Excel skills;
