Inside sales/Customer Support speaking French and Dutch

Customer service
The position exists of the following tasks:
· Advising and informing clients;
· Creating tenders;
· Process applications and complaints;
· Send out samples and conduct a follow up on these;
· Receive orders and process these orders;
· Create a pro-active relationship with clients.
You will be working together with the account manager and a team of inside sales support employees.


· You need to have a commercial college degree;
· Have excellent knowledge of French and Dutch.
· Have a commercial, customer service oriented and pro-active attitude;
· Have excellent communication skills;
· You need to be able to work under pressure;
· You have to work accurately, be result orientated, good at making decisions and always think in terms of solutions rather than problems;
· You need to have an affinity with technical products;
· You need to be a team player;
· You will need extensive experience with MS office.
