Our prestigious client, a fast-growing global leader in industrial construction machinery throughout Europe and Asia, is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join their existing international team in Almere.The E-Commerce Manager will be reporting to the Branding, Content Marketing and Communication Manager. You will manage and implement the promotional campaigns for the Webshop through insights on customer shopping trends to support your assortment and identify opportunities in the company’s collections. Job Profile for E-Commerce Coordinator
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Create, manage and monitor a strategy for pricing and sales and promotions and analyse to monitor the effectiveness of strategies and take action 
  • Day-to-day management of the two online Webshops, Business-to-Business (B2B) webshop and Fan shop Business-to-Consumer (B2C) online shop 
  • Develop new merchandise, purchase and sell the company’s merchandising and handle stock control with an external fulfilment supplier
  • Strategies, plan and develop promotional campaigns for B2B and B2C that encourage Sales in the online stores, including analysing and adjusting
  • Create and improve the layout of the shop visually and manage products and the back end of the sites
  • Monitor and steer supplier performance and report back to internal stakeholders
  • Monthly sales report and sales analysis, with identifying issues and weaknesses and propose sales/promotional improvement plans
  • Lead the company’s design of scale model production in Europe
  • Manage pop-up shops at Events in Europe 
  • Drive through joint teams for optimisation and improvement of Customer experience (CX)

Candidate Profile for E-Commerce Coordinator

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
  • 3+ years’ experience as an E-Commerce specialist with a strong ambition
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing, working with social media, advertising is a plus
  • Webshop back-end management experience. Sound knowledge of online Webshop systems and ability to tackle technical changes when needed
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office programs and particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Possesses an analytical mind and an eye for detail
  • Able to manage the look and feel and design of current sites
  • Able to provide demonstrable knowledge of purchasing goods and budget handling
  • Know how to manage multiple suppliers from inhouse departments to purchasing and other external suppliers and IT suppliers
  • Shopify and Lightspeed experience is advantageous
  • Good customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and can work independently, able to prioritise and multi-task
