Please note that this is a short-term (maternity cover) role for 6 months- on a direct contract with our client.
Responsibilities:

Heavy calendar management – maintaining calendars for executives, scheduling internal and external meetings, and resolving meeting conflicts

Coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports)

General assistance to the team on all administration matters

Office and Facility management
-
Provide assistance on HR administration
What we are looking for:
-
Prior experience as an assistant for multiple executives/teams and/or office administrations

Professional fluency in Dutch and English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration platforms
-
Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly and timely
-
Positive and helpful mindset, ability to multitask and work autonomously
