We are looking for a dynamic Department Assistant EMEA to provide quick and efficient quality administrative support for each respective department, enabling business leaders to continue doing their best work.
Job Profile for Department Assistant EMEA
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain calendars for executives, schedule internal and external meetings, and resolve meeting conflicts
- Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.e. process travel and expense reports)
- Adapt and thrive in dynamic working environments, showcase agility and flexibility when coverage assignments are assigned
- Take concise notes in meetings and strategically circulate information to the broader team
- Engage in heavy communication internally and externally
- Create presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Google Docs
- Assist with team projects, events, or off-sites as needed
- Process expense reports, accurately document business-related expenses incurred by executives, and provide the necessary documentation for reimbursement and credit card reports
Candidate Profile for Department Assistant EMEA
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Previous Experience in an assistant role
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel is essential
- Team player who operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and can quickly build rapport with executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- A self-starter who can work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and respond in a timely manner
- Someone who naturally aligns with the company culture, loves entertainment, and brings passion into their daily work
- A selfless, resourceful professional who seeks opportunities to go beyond the role to get great work done
