[Video] Amsterdam time-lapse film
By Rachel Deloughry
Professional landscape photographer Albert Dros has recently released a scintillating time-lapse video of Amsterdam. Once you start watching you’ll hardly be able to turn away because it’s utterly breathtaking.
Filmed in (mostly) pre-corona times, the video covers a two-year period showing all the different seasons, featuring rooftops, tree-lined canals, people cycling and crowded, bustling streets, all tied in with emotion and a beautiful sense of vitality. The moon plays an important role, too, with its waxing and waning depicted, and even a lunar eclipse.
