UK publication TimeOut has named Amsterdam as the 18th best city in the world to visit in 2024. The magazine praised the city for its fine dining options, as well as its art scene and architecture.

New York named as the best city in the world in 2024

The magazine named New York as the number one city in the world in 2024, complimenting the city’s vibrancy, galleries and museums. The city that never sleeps was praised for its convenience with many 24-hour restaurants, bars and shops.

Residents in the cities were asked to rate the cost of food, as well as the quality of eateries, rate the culture and nightlife in their city, how their city makes them feel and if it is easy to make social connections. They were also asked where else in the world they would like to live, while TimeOut’s editors also added their feelings into the mix as well.
