EYE Film Institute moves to a new location
After the last screenings of EYE Moves (the top 25 films shown at EYE), the Vondelpark Pavilion will no longer be the location of the EYE Institute.
The institute is moving to a brand-new location in spring this year. The new building, designed by Delugan Meissl Associated Architects, is located across the Amsterdam Central Station on the banks of the River IJ.

Apart from cinemas, the new building also accommodates an exhibition space, an interactive film lab, a well-furnished museum store and a café / restaurant.
With these changes, EYE hopes not only to expand and develop into the Netherlands’ centre for film culture, but also to become an international-oriented place for inspiring projects and exhibitions.
