Sonic Acts Festival happens every two years in Amsterdam and explores the intersection of music, science, art, culture and technology. The 25th year of Sonic Acts, entitled "Hereafter", takes place across many locations in Amsterdam.

Sonic Acts celebrates 25 years

The festival celebrates its 25th year with a special festive edition. Sonic Acts has grown from a small festival into a renowned hub for research, development and unveiling of cutting-edge art, science, music and technology. It incorporates art, installations, live music and a conference created to trigger the senses and explore the boundaries of knowledge.

Heavily influenced by recent scientific developments, "Hereafter" joins scientists, artists, musicians and composers teaching us to embrace the unknown and guide us through the dark universe. The festival will use its 25-year history to reflect on the massive changes in our cultural and artistic relationship with technology and all the associated hopes and concerns.
