Train, bus and tram located conveniently by only 1o minutes of walking to Rotterdam Central Station.

THE SPACE
This light modern apartment offers comfort furnishing. It comes to you fully equipped in a turn-key apartment style, with double glass windows & central heating. The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained gentlemen’s house & offers an open entertaining modern kitchen, modern bright living-dining space, large double bed in the 1st bedroom and in the 2nd room there is a bunk bed. Both bedrooms are connected to the large balcony with an awesome view.

Ground floor
This traditional dutch gentlemen’s house has a main entrance on ground level that is shared with two other apartments. The apartment common entree and stairway areas are cleaned monthly.

Apartment level
From the ground floor main entrance, take one flight of stairs & enter the apartment located on the level 1.
At level 1 you will find a shared corridor with the entrance to the apartment. Step into an entry way & turn right to welcome yourself into a bright open living space with rustic wooden flooring. In this living space, you will find a large L-shape comfortable living room sofa, 4 seater long dining and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped with sink, fridge with freezer, built-in dishwasher, oven/microwave & gaspit stove. From the entryway to left is where you will find the master room located at the rear of the building. Space is furnished with a large double bed, side tables, spacious wardrobe & grey coloured black-out curtains. Next to the master is the 2nd bedroom which has a bunkbed. Both rooms have a door to access the wide balcony located on the rear of the building.

Bathroom & toilet
In the entryway corridor there is access to a fully tiles bathroom with standing shower, sink and washing machine. The toilet is located separately to the left of the corridor with sink.
