IMPORTANT: - The apartment building is brand new and still under construction, so the photos are impressions and the estimated delivery date is 1st February 2025. - The apartment is available for sharers and couples. - The apartments are unfurnished but have flooring and come with equipped kitchens and bathrooms, the rest of the upholstery has to be done by the tenant. - Viewings are not possible: you rent from the floor plans and the impressions. - There is an income requirement; you need a gross monthly salary of 3,5 times the monthly rent.
