You may share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room and terrace with another girl, so as the cleaning. If cleaning is not done properly and timely, contract will end earlier. The living room is only for dining and relaxation. No eating on the couch, no personal things left in living room. No guest or visitor is allowed. if necessary please ask for approval. The energy cost will be 50% of the total actual consumption. Deposit will be paid on arrival on move in date. If registration at the city hall is needed, an extra cost of 25euro per month will be charged.
