Dutch, Flemish & depression

A recent study at Ghent University focused on gender differences between the Flemish and Dutch population and revealed that:

Women show more depression symptoms than men.
Dutch women show more depression symptoms than Flemish females.
Dutch (Flemish) womenʼs happiness is related to their income (education).
Differences between Dutch and Flemish men are minimal.
Married couples appear less susceptible to depression.
Age and (number of) children do not affect happiness.
