About this role
We are looking for a Production Scheduler to join our customer Supply Planning team in Breda. In this role, you will manage short-term production planning for packaging lines and support stable and timely product availability across multiple regions. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior or experienced supply chain professional seeking to contribute to a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

- Create and maintain short-term production schedules, manage orders, and support product launches and phase-in/phase-out planning.
- Lead weekly capacity meetings and daily operational discussions to align cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs; initiate actions to improve planning performance and production stability.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as manufacturing, quality, warehouse, and supply chain.
- Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation; lead or support improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP standards throughout operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in supply chain planning; experience in GMP-regulated environments is a plus.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
- Interest or experience in digital tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, Databricks, or RPA.

Salary
€4400-€4500 per month
