About this role
For one of our international clients in Amsterdam, a leading Asian food company known for its iconic FMCG food products, we are currently looking for a Korean speaking Sales Support. This role involves managing essential day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in sales, maintaining excellent relationships with the company ‘s head office and clients. This job requires you to be at the office full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Managing purchasing orders
- Verifying order details and issuing sales invoices
- Provide administrative support to sales team
- Supporting the sales lead and business development representatives
- Report to the Sales Lead
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills -both written and verbal for clear interactions with internal stakeholders and customers
- Attention to details and data entry skills for accurately updating customer records and managing orders
- Understanding of sales process and business products
- Fluency in written and spoken English & Korean
- Proficiency in relevant software programs, including MS Office
