Event Executive

Are you an Events pro with a passion for seamless execution? Are you available right away for the upcoming months? We are recruiting for an Event Executive who owns event features from planning to delivery, managing logistics and vendors, and ensuring that customers leave satisfied. The deadline for submissions is Tuesday September 16th at 18:00.

The Event Executive leads the execution of event features, working closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, logistics management, and customer engagement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned event features, ensuring smooth planning and execution.
• Act as a key liaison between different departments, ensuring collaboration.
• Oversee event logistics, managing vendor relationships and operational requirements.
• Analyse event success through post-event reporting and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Manage customer engagement, resolving issues and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with event technology platforms and CRM systems.
