As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will manage and help shape key global learning initiatives. You'll play a central role in driving program efficiency, co-designing new learning interventions, and supporting the development of a digital learning infrastructure.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end program operations; scheduling, logistics, communications and alignment with external vendors/facilitators;
- Co-design global learning programs in line with the organizational learning vision;
- Evaluate existing programs and optimize design based on feedback and data;
- (Co-)Develop e-learnings using existing material or input from business stakeholders;
- Advise employees and management on available learning opportunities;
- Support and develop digital learning infrastructure across the organization.
This challenging and rewarding temporary role for 4 months, with the possibility of extension, offers you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a fast-paced international environment.
- Hybrid working model (2 days in the office, flexibility otherwise);
- 32-38 hours per week;
- Competitive salary of €4500 gross per month (based on 38 hours);
