For a fast-growing international organization, we are looking for an experienced Interim HR Services Transformation Lead who can help future-proof the HR landscape and lead the transition toward scalable, digital-first HR operations. As this organization continues to expand into new countries and manage rapidly growing transaction volumes, it becomes essential to rethink and modernize HR Services, increasing efficiency, improving employee experience, and enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making.

As Interim HR Services Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for designing, leading, and delivering a full-scale transformation of the HR Services (HRS) function. This includes modernizing processes, implementing enabling technologies, digitizing the service portfolio and embedding a global operating model. You will lead the program end-to-end; from strategic roadmap to operational rollout and serve as a key partner to HR, IT, and executive leadership. Your goal is to build an HR Services function that is agile, employee-centric, data-informed and operationally excellent.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full HR digital transformation program including scope, planning, budgeting, and benefits tracking;
- Define and implement a multi-year HR Services roadmap aligned with organizational goals;
- Oversee the implementation of new HR technology solutions (HRIS, payroll, AI tools, onboarding, self-service, etc.);
- Re-engineer processes using Lean, design thinking and agile methodologies;
- Redesign the HRS operating model to enhance global scalability and performance;
- Drive change management; stakeholder alignment, communications, training, and behavioral adoption;
- Manage governance, compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX), and KPI reporting to executive sponsors;
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops, manage project teams and build transformation capability across the organization;
- Use analytics and dashboards to inform decisions and monitor program impact.
This is a temporary assignment starting in August 2025 and expected to run for 12 months. Please include your hourly rate or required salary in you application.
