As Employee Relations Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, managers, and Legal teams, resolving intricate ER cases, driving continuous process improvement and ensuring policies and practices support an inclusive and high-performing workplace.

As Employee Relations Partner, you will take ownership of complex ER and sickness cases across the Netherlands and contribute to projects across EMEA. You will play a key role in ensuring consistency, compliance and fairness in how employee relations matters are handled, while providing proactive advice and insight to internal stakeholders.
This role is part of a wider HR team and reports directly to the regional HR leadership. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Legal Counsel, and other HR functions to maintain high-quality standards in case management and employee engagement.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Case Management & Advisory: Lead and resolve complex performance, conduct and grievance cases. Partner with HRBPs and managers to provide sound ER advice aligned with legal and company standards;
- Sickness & Absence Management: Handle complex sickness cases and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective reintegration and prevention;
- Policy & Process Improvement: Review and update ER templates, policies and processes to align with best practice and evolving legislation;
- Data & Insights: Manage and analyze ER data and case reporting, identifying trends and providing recommendations for proactive improvements;
- Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for HRBPs, Legal, and other HR functions, supporting wider ER initiatives and contributing to a consistent global approach.
