Are you detail-oriented and passionate about financial accuracy? We are seeking a Finance Administrator on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing international trading company specializing in non-food consumer products, based in Amsterdam!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bank statements, manage invoicing procedures, and oversee accounts receivable for European retailers and direct-to-consumer channels
- Handle credit insurance documentation and process credit note adjustments in coordination with logistics and account management
- Prepare sales declarations (royalties, CBS, environmental levies) and ICL declarations
- Update sales forecasting data and support financial planning processes
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar administrative finance roles
- Proficiency with ERP and accounting software systems (Business Central experience highly valued)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities including formulas, data analysis, and reporting functions
- Strong numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to maintain organization and oversight across multiple tasks
