Teamleader Service Centre with fluent Dutch and English

You will do this by:
- Coordinating the collection schedules with a guarantee of efficient processes and lowering costs;
- Keeping the internal tracking system up to date;
- Following up on procedures and quality standards;
- Optimization of work processes;
- Conducting the annual financial reports and budgets and determining on KPI’s;
- Coaching and motivating the team (16 team members).


Who are we looking for?
A candidate with:
- A degree in MBO or higher;
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
- Experience in Logistics is preferable;
- Experience in supervising an international, flexible team.
You are a:
- Strong teamplayer;
- Analytical;
- Strong in communication, both written and orally;
- World citizen with good geographical knowledge;
- A business level of both Dutch and English.
