As a Back Office Employee, you will be in charge of:
- HR
- Accounting prep for outsourced accountants
- Payroll calculation
- Record maintenance
- Assisting and supporting management
- Processing company receipts/ invoices.
Requirements:
- Prior relevant work experience
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Ability to work 4 days from the office and 1 day from home
- Excellent organizational skills
