One of our clients, a distributor of electrical products and services, is currently looking for its next Customer Support colleague to join its team. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Answer questions about product availability, stock levels, and order status
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Enter and process sales orders in the company system
- Collaborate with the sales team and warehouse on customer requirements
- Track order status and communicate updates to customers
- Handle order changes and customer service issues
- Assist colleagues across other departments when needed
Requirements:
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written (Dutch is a plus)
- Strong communication skills for phone and email customer service
- Hands-on, service-minded attitude with a positive, curious mindset
- Previous customer service experience
- Background in construction, electrical or technical industries (advantageous but not essential)
- Willingness to learn about electrical products and the industry
