About this role

In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive, international team that helps customers across EMEA with the repair and calibration of their equipment. You’ll be the vital link between customers and Service Technicians and Logistics colleagues.
Your day can start anytime between 7:30 and 9:00 AM, giving you flexibility to fit work around your life. Together with your teammates, you’ll make sure service requests are handled smoothly—from logging orders and arranging shipments to managing communication and solving logistical challenges.
The Service Desk department is organized into five sub-teams that collaborate closely, so while you’ll focus on your assigned region, you’ll also have the support of 15 colleagues from different backgrounds.
What You’ll Do:
  • Support customers, suppliers, and partners across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey.
  • Process incoming/outgoing sales orders.
  • Supply all required information and documents regarding delivery, customs regulation and formalities, transportation/shipping and invoicing.
  • Ensure all POs and related documents are accurate and comply with company and federal regulations.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies related to delivery, price, order status, item clarification, invoicing, etc. and explaining outcomes with tact and diplomacy.
  • Tracking status of orders from start to finish and intervening where needed to correct issues.
  • Execute proactive communication including facilitation of credit screening and credit line, compliance screening, customer documentation requests, payment terms, and payment methods, etc. •
  • Contribute to process improvement/change management projects/programs.
  • Backup support for other regions

Requirements

  • Fluency in speaking and writing in English and French
  • Experience with the MS Office package.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • 32-40 hours per week availability (the day off cannot be on a wednesday or friday)
  • You are located near Eindhoven

Salary

€2700-€3000 per month
