What will you do?

The position focuses on B2B customer contact, so you will be in direct touch with the customers.

-You will be in contact with internal and external customers to support them with technical questions about products/systems
-You are going to support different business projects
-You are sharing your knowledge with customers, colleagues and third parties
-You are going to handle complaints

Requirements:

Who would be the ideal candidate?
-You, in case you speak German (min. B2 level), English and Dutch confidently (min. C1 level)
-You have affinity for technology, lots of energy to share and do not shy away from challenges.
-Ideally, you have two years experience in a B2B customer service position
-Experience with SAP and Excel is a big plus
