We’ve all been there: you’re ready to leave the house on the way to work or to drop the kids off at school when you look out the window and see it’s absolutely chucking it down. Dutch weather is notoriously wet - you know this. And while you should be used to it, it doesn’t necessarily mean you enjoy biking in the rain.
So what do you do? Don your head-to-toe rainproof suit from Hema and brave the downpour? Well, if you’re looking for another (perhaps slightly more fashionable way) to stay dry on your rainy bike rides, then look no further: this umbrella could be the solution to all your problems!
The bicycle-friendly umbrella
Cycling while carrying an umbrella is uncomfortable, to say the least, and if the wind is blowing then it’s a downright impractical and ineffective so-called solution. But this umbrella is different.
