The Groot Hertoginnelaan 223B is in the international zone, so the Peace Palace, Europol, Eurojust, OPCW and several multinational companies are a short bike ride away. Schiphol, Amsterdam and Rotterdam can easily be reached by public transport. Tram 3 to Central station and tram 11 to Holland Spoor station stop around the corner. During your time off you will appreciate that the apartment is nearby several shopping streets, such as the Reinkenstraat, Fahrenheitstraat and Frederik Hendriklaan. You will find cafés and restaurants within walking distance. It is a ten minute bike ride to the beach and ten minutes the other way to the city centre. Bus 21 takes you to the further out northern beach (Zwarte pad) and tram 11 also goes to Scheveningen Harbour, if you don’t feel like cycling. We are looking for one person who will be staying in the Hague between 31 days and 2 months for an internship, course or research assignment.
