The total apartment rent, including all pre-payments for electricity/water/heating/internet/service costs, is: €3.748,46 Divided among 3 people, the total rent is €1,249.49 per person (equally shared). When you move out, we make an overview of the pre-payments for the apartment tenant, which can also mean the tenant of the apartment receives money back. The group is responsible for the entire apartment. If chosen, you will be part of the group. - there is a one-time payment of 299 euro (HA commission) - there is a one-time payment of 199 euro (for the bed linen & end cleaning) - contracts ALWAYS start at the beginning & end of the month, notice period of 1 calendar month - contract: group contract, everyone will sign the same document as one group for the entire apartment. The rent is an equal share of the total rent divided by the number of people. You will receive a link to view and sign the rental agreement digitally, which will confirm your reservation. Our rental agreements run over full months; therefore, the end date will be the last day of the calendar month, regardless of the indicated end date on the HousingAnywhere reservation. The minimum stay is 3 months.
