Our client is seeking a Sales Optimisation Coach to join their team based in Amsterdam. This role plays a key part in driving sustainable insurance growth through effective training, promotion, and sales support. You will work closely with a large retail partner to enhance the capability of sales agents, motivating them and ensuring optimal performance within the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Sales Strategies - Shape and implement solutions to achieve targets.
- Performance Ownership - Drive year-end objectives aligned with performance standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Cultivate strong relationships to support sales optimisation.
- Compliance & Customer Focus - Promote a compliant and customer-centred culture.

- Retail & Contact Centre Sales Support - Optimise performance within these environments.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Fluent Dutch & good command of English
- Sales Experience - Background in sales or sales training is essential.
- Telecommunications Industry - Experience in this sector is a big plus.
- Presentation & Communication Skills - Strong written, verbal, and face-to-face coaching.
- Coaching Expertise - Previous experience delivering tailored coaching solutions.
- Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Highly Organised & Self-Motivated - Able to manage workload efficiently and drive results.
- Team Player - Works collaboratively while demonstrating initiative.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
