Customer Retention- Create and manage email campaigns for customers (like newsletters and updates).
- Support the sales team with marketing tools that help build strong customer relationships.
- Set up and review NPS (customer feedback) surveys.
- Build automated marketing campaigns focused on keeping customers.
- Make content like case studies, infographics, videos, blog posts, and customer journey materials.
- Organize events such as webinars and in-person meetings with customers.
- Track marketing budgets and make sure spending is on target.
- Share results and data on marketing performance with the team.
- Work with external partners (e.g. design, marketing agencies) when needed.
General Marketing Tasks- Help plan and run webinars.
- Help with product launch campaigns.
- Help create and manage content for social media.
