General Marketing Tasks

Customer Retention
- Create and manage email campaigns for customers (like newsletters and updates).
- Support the sales team with marketing tools that help build strong customer relationships.
- Set up and review NPS (customer feedback) surveys.
- Build automated marketing campaigns focused on keeping customers.
- Make content like case studies, infographics, videos, blog posts, and customer journey materials.
- Organize events such as webinars and in-person meetings with customers.
- Track marketing budgets and make sure spending is on target.
- Share results and data on marketing performance with the team.
- Work with external partners (e.g. design, marketing agencies) when needed.
General Marketing Tasks
- Help plan and run webinars.
- Help with product launch campaigns.
- Help create and manage content for social media.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Education: Degree in Marketing or Communication.
- Skills: Experience with tools like Canva, LinkedIn, ClickDimensions, and WordPress. Knowing Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and German.
- Personality: Detail-oriented, open to feedback, positive, eager to learn and grow, and a good team player.
Salary
€3400-€3700 per month
