Take ownership
Adopt a strategic and structured approach to develop infrastructure with high-quality standards, making sure our infrastructure can support rapid growth and maintain security.
Design and implement comprehensive infrastructure strategies and ensure stability through robust processes, continuous monitoring, and detailed documentation.
Cultivate a high-performing team by mentoring and guiding members, fostering a culture of growth, strategic thinking, and innovation.
Establish and enforce effective security policies, seamlessly manage audits, and implement scalable processes for risk management to ensure stringent compliance.
Requirements
Deep knowledge of building and maintaining AWS infrastructure at scale.
Proven skills in building and growing a team of engineers.
Proven skills in implementing structured ways of working, including writing policies.
Familiarity with guiding audits and ensuring compliance.
You're fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
