In a fast growing, high volume international environment, HR Services needs a leader who can take the function to a new level. As Interim HR Services Transformation Lead, you will oversee a complete transformation, modernising processes, digitising services and embedding a global operating model that is data driven, employee focused and cost efficient. In this interim position of 12 months (full time, starting as soon as possible), you will own and execute the HR Services transformation roadmap. Your mission: optimize processes, implement enabling technology and improve the employee experience while ensuring decisions are based on reliable data. You will lead the program from design to full adoption, working closely with HR Services and IT to deliver measurable results.
Your key responsibilities:
Program Leadership
- Own the HR digital transformation plan, including scope, budget, risk management and benefits realization;
- Define, design and implement a multi year HR Digital Strategy Roadmap aligned with business goals;
- Ensure successful end to end delivery.
Technology Enablement
- Implement and manage HR technologies, including AI powered tools, HR and Payroll systems and digital platforms;
- Collaborate across functions to identify and prioritize digital opportunities;
- Improve employee experience through self service portals, chatbots and onboarding solutions.
Process Re-engineering
- Lead the global design authority using Lean, design thinking and journey mapping;
- Streamline and redesign HR Services processes for efficiency and agility.
Organisational Design and Change Management
- Align the organisation with new processes and technology;
- Lead change initiatives, stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies;
- Deliver training, communication and leadership alignment.
Governance and Reporting
- Chair the Program Steering Committee and provide transparent KPI dashboards to the HR Director, IT Director, and Executive Board;
- Oversee all deliverables including change plans, leadership alignment, communications, training and value realization;
- Ensure all digital HR processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Stakeholder Engagement and Capability Building
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups and presentations;
- Mentor project team members and support professional growth.
Data Driven Decision-Making
- Use analytics to guide HR decision making and measure transformation results.
This is a temporary assignment starting in August 2025 and expected to run for 12 months. Please include your hourly rate or required salary in you application.
