About this role

You will process and administer core trade products and act as an operational partner to front office and clients. You ensure compliant execution and accurate records while supporting a smooth customer journey. 

What you will do

  • Issue, advise, confirm, and check documents per policy and UCP.
  • Process per URC and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and advise bank guarantees.
  • Enter and authorize transactions in the core banking system and SWIFT Alliance; perform transaction-based reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and participate in user acceptance testing for system changes. 

What you bring
You have a hands-on mindset with strong planning and prioritization. Proven teamwork across internal and external stakeholders. Including:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant trade finance back-office experience.
  • HBO or equivalent degree in a related field.
  • Strong written and spoken English. Dutch language is a big plus. 

What’s in it for you

  • Up to € 5.000,- gross per month based on full-time.

EUR 4500 - 5000
