What You’ll Do: As a key member of the team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, guiding them through their orders and ensuring they receive top-tier service.
You’ll:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, offering personalized support.
- Help customers place, adjust, and complete their orders with care.
- Draft tailor-made quotes and ensure they meet customer needs.
- Address customer complaints with creative, solution-focused approaches.
