As a
Customer Care - Export Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients across the Middle East and Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full customer contract cycle, with a strong focus on
export operations.
You will coordinate the
preparation, planning, and booking of transport, ensuring smooth and efficient export processes that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and follow up on sales contracts, ensuring timely and complete execution
- Coordinate logistics and transport planning in line with client agreements
- Handle invoicing, documentation, and accurate data management
- Maintain regular contact with clients, building and sustaining long-term relationships
- Act as a liaison between departments, sharing updates on country-specific regulations, customs requirements, and changes within the supply chain
- Manage and resolve claims professionally and efficiently
- Communicate with external stakeholders based on contract terms and export procedures
