Role Overview: In this role, you will manage Customer Care for the EMEA market, acting as a friendly face of our client.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hande customer inquiries with care and providing exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration among Sales, Technical Service, and Logistics teams.
  • Order Management by using internal tools, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Esker and the other MS Office tools.
  • Participate in other tasks as needed, such as tender management and customer care related projects.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities and skills:
  • B2B Customer Service experience.
  • Fluent in English & Dutch. Any additional language from the following list, is a plus: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Hungarian, Russian
  • Familiar with ERP and CRM systems.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Be located in the Netherlands and able to work in their office in Nijmegen.
€3500-€3500 per month
