Your responsibilities include claim assessment, audits, client communication, and general administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate technical automotive claims.


• Conduct audits on automotive claims.


• Provide technical knowledge training to internal staff and collaborate with European teams.


• Assist in implementing new programs, manage administrative tasks, and handle various responsibilities, including phone calls, and policy administration.

Requirements:

• English Fluent


• Previous experience with technical claims handling and dealing with complaints.


• Have worked in insurance or automotive industry within a customer-focused environment.


• Analytical and practical skills; apply theoretical or practical knowledge to new situations and problems.
