About this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the customers have seamless, positive interactions with the company.

- Order Management: Process and confirm orders in ERP system.
- Export Documentation: Handle proformas, invoices, and shipping documents accurately.
- Logistics Coordination: Plan shipments, liaise with warehouse and shipping agents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process excellence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, along with a service-minded and cooperative approach, is essential
- A structured, organized work style with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and international payment terms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Additionally, proficiency in Dutch as well as German, French, or Norwegian is a significant advantage
Please note: Candidates must currently reside in the Netherlands and possess a valid work permit to be eligible for this position.
Salary
€2500-€3250 per month

Our client produces and sells silicone products to a wide range of industries. Having plants all over the world the company is active on a global scale. From their distribution center in the Rotterdam area they sell and deliver goods to customers globally.
