Foam recently opened a concept store called "&Foam" in Amsterdam (Vijzelstraat 78). It is a unique shop that sells photography magazines, new and vintage books, prints and many more products including posters, zines, limited editions, music, t-shirts and bags.
You can find unique items at &Foam such as the zines Self Publish Be Happy (EN) and Bolo Paper (IT). Apart from that, new publications by famous photographers (such as Ruth van Beek and Erik van der Weijde) are offered in the store as well.
&Foam is more than a store; four times a year, &Foam collaborates with various partners (in the areas of photography and other artistic disciplines) in conceptual projects such as Fashion&Foam, Music&Foam (starting mid-April), Design&Foam, and Film&Foam.
The new store kicks off with Fashion&Foam, which presents a unique combination of photography and fashion.
Fashion&Foam focuses its collection on photography books by fashion photographers such as Terry Richardson, Hedi Slimane and Richard Avedon.
Foam Editions
Foam Editions is Foam’s in-house gallery, which from now on will be located at the Vijzelstraat as well. It offers special limited editions of prints by famous photographers and young talent at attractive prices.
For Fashion&Foam, Foam Editions proudly presents photography works such as sill lifes and a portrait by Anouschka Blommers & Nils Schumm, as well as the series Seven Feet Under by Philippe Vogelenzang.
