Drone footage celebrates colours, scale of Dutch flower fields

By Emily McCallum

Whether or not you’ve managed to visit the Netherlands' famous flower fields in person this spring, this sweeping bird’s-eye view of the gardens near Lisse is sure to leave an impression.

As the camera pans out, vast swathes of blooming tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and narcissi create colourful stripes across the landscape.

The HD footage was taken by a DJI Inspire drone in April, 2015, for Voormedia.
