The BSN Language Centre now offers its annual two-week adult intensives in July, in addition to online courses, thereby creating more learning opportunities for the expat community in The Hague.
For example, relocating expats may choose to enrol in an online course before they arrive, and then sign up for a two-week intensive course before starting their new job here in The Hague.
The two-week intensive courses are offered once a year, beginning this year on July 21 in the mornings. These courses cover grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and all four language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.
Intensive courses like the ones offered at BSN Language Centre, with 25 hours of language instruction in a concentrated period of time, gives students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the language, gain confidence and become more at ease with English or Dutch more quickly. The online and blended learning courses allow students to sign up and access online course materials, anywhere and anytime!
Students on online courses are supported by highly qualified native-speaking teachers who provide students with weekly feedback on their progress over email, on Skype or face-to-face, and who are also available to answer questions about the course materials and assignments:

The BSN Language Centre also offers Business English evening courses once a week for different levels: intermediate, upper-intermediate and advanced.
These courses are aimed at working professionals or those seeking employment where English is a requirement or is desired.
Business English courses cover grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation and all four skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking, but in contexts related to the business world.
The teachers use both commercially produced and original materials, and incorporate students’ real-life tasks, where appropriate.

The BSN Language Centre has been teaching Dutch and English to students of all ages from both the local and international communities of The Hague for nearly 30 years.
The centre is located in an easily accessible, state-of-the-art learning facility at the British School location in Leidschenveen.
