The Team
Within the eCommerce team, the mission is to enhance the customer experience, optimize the site journey, and deliver brand-aligned merchandising that supports the overall sales strategy. This team plays a central role in the business, with primary responsibility for trading and merchandising the website to drive sales and improve conversion. They work in close collaboration with brand teams and central functions to ensure strategic alignment and deliver strong commercial performance. As a key component of the department, this function contributes significantly to its overall success and long-term strategic growth.
The Position
The Senior Manager Site Publishing plays a critical role within the eCommerce team, leading the execution of website campaigns, content updates, and promotional launches. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate go-lives that align with both brand identity and commercial objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Marketing, Buying, and Planning—the Senior Manager ensures seamless execution across the site. Their leadership directly impacts the digital customer experience, site quality, and commercial performance, making them an essential contributor to the overall success of the eCommerce function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Content Management: Own the end-to-end execution and publishing of product, brand, and category content across the site, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery in line with the commercial calendar and brand guidelines. Oversee execution of commercial campaigns and promotions across all site touchpoints, while tracking and analyzing performance.
- Calendar & Brand Alignment: Contribute to the eCommerce commercial calendar for the EMEA region and ensure brand consistency and seasonal storytelling across brand and category pages, aligned with trading priorities and consumer trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Operations, Buying, and Planning teams to ensure alignment, technical accuracy, and seamless campaign delivery across channels.
- Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to the publishing team, fostering performance, creativity, and collaboration to support business goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital content publishing or eCommerce operations within fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial and product sensibility, with deep understanding of brand storytelling, UX, and content engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to balance commercial objectives and operational execution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
