Support first-time exhibitors at an international B2B events organizer in the heart of Amsterdam. Become their trusted point of contact and ensure their participation is seamless and successful. This is a temporary role from mid June until the end of October. 

 

Your job as a Customer Success Executive: 
As a Customer Success Executive, you are the dedicated contact for first-time exhibitors, guiding them through their full service journey, from on boarding to post-event feedback. Your proactive support helps them feel confident and prepared for the show. You will be responsible for:

  • managing a portfolio of new exhibitor accounts as their primary liaison.
  • handling incoming queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • on boarding exhibitors to event tools and registration systems.
  • collecting feedback to identify service improvements.
  • preparing reports with customer insights and suggestions.

Your workplace: 
You’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that plays a central role in improving the overall event experience. You’ll interact with many internal departments, contributing to a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment. Youreport to the Senior Customer Service Team Leader and provide onsite support during the event in Frankfurt. The work culture is professional, international, and customer-first. Employees are empowered to act autonomously, bring ideas to the table, and take ownership of results.

What do you bring to the table?
This role calls for excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment. To succeed, you have:

  • at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or success role.
  • experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • strong digital skills (MS Office).
  • familiarity with B2B events or exhibitions is a plus.

  • up to € 3.000,- gross per month based on full time.
  • commuting expense reimbursement.
  • hybrid working options.
