The Finance department within this organization is implementing portfolio management to strengthen strategic oversight, improve prioritization and decision making, speed-up delivery and execution and better align resources. They are extending their portfolio processes to ensure that projects and change initiatives are approached in a more standardized and structured way. Key focus will be on enabling the Finance teams with the tools, frameworks, and guidance they need to initiate and lead change confidently, with focus on standardization, automation, and improving overall work health of their team.

This is a temporary assignment for 3 months for 32 to 40 hours per week. They work hybrid, where you are expected at least 3 days per week in the office and the other days you can work from home. For this work we can offer a contract via Independent Recruiters, were we can offer a salary depending on experience and knowledge you bring, but is will be around €7000 - €8000 gross per month based on fulltime employment. Unfortunately this assignment is not possible for freelancers.
