Scrum Master – SASE Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Team Coach to join our team delivering next-generation Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions: beem.
Beem is the brand new B2B security product of Swisscom, a world first solution that will bring our business offerings to a complete new level. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling teams to perform at their best, driving continuous improvement and supporting the successful delivery of innovative, secure connectivity solutions.
What you move
Empower teams and individual team members to perform at their highest potential, fostering T-shaped flexibility and adaptability.
Facilitate all team events and ensure effective collaboration, including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through regular team reflection, transparent communication, and a focus on delivering value.
Support the team in resolving impediments and removing obstacles to maintain smooth workflow and delivery.
Provide guidance and training on lean-agile values and practices, enabling the team and stakeholders to apply these principles effectively.
Drive team performance, addressing challenges proactively, and creating development plans aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with governance processes, guidelines, and legal obligations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of ART-level processes and share best practices across teams.
Promote an environment of trust, open communication, and feedback to strengthen collaboration and team spirit.
Encompass the idea of the servant-leader, being able to lead the team to deliver high-quality product increments.
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of Agile and Lean practices, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and flow management
Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Proven experience in team development and conflict management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and openness within the team and with stakeholders
Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on enabling team success
Ability to measure and optimize team performance, focusing on flow and continuous delivery
Experience in driving team compliance with processes, governance, and performance standards
Experience in operational processes e.g. (incident management, on-duty call organisation)
Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Nice to have
Experience in IT or Telco environments, especially with DevOps teams
Experience working within an Agile Release Train (ART) or similar scaled environment
Familiarity with the Java/Spring stack, including Spring Boot and related frameworks
Understanding of team dynamics and best practices for cultivating high-performing, self-organised teams

Allowances

Contract terms
To begin with you will receive a fixed term contract (one year), after 6 months of your employment with us, after a feedback meeting with the team, there is a possibility of extending the contract
The salary ranges mentioned in our Job Descriptions are base annual gross salaries including the 8% holiday allowance
