In this role you will be accountable and responsible to drive a step change in data: collection, management, and valorization globally through a series of data initiatives, for example predictive formulation tool & models, global data lakes, and others. Ensuring that global data needs are addressed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead the DDAI initiative for a predictive formulation tool, integrating data from various sources.


• Develop global data valorization strategy and roadmap for the predictive formulation tool.


• Oversee initiatives on the current roadmap related to data and collaborate with various teams.


• Analyze databases to assess data value and promote data modeling across the organization.


• Engage with senior stakeholders through various forums, including steering committees.


• Collaborate with Systems & Business process engineers as needed.


• Define, agree on, and own KPIs related to data quality with relevant teams.


• Drive discussions on holistic data-driven solutions and translate needs into technical requirements.


• Align data quality and analytics requirements with relevant stakeholders globally.

**Team Management:**

• Manage a small team with defined performance KPIs, deliverables, and timelines.


• Collaborate with a global network of suppliers and specialists.
