Your Job as Financial & Compliance Administrator: 
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the financial and compliance operations meet regulatory standards. Your main tasks will relate to finance & compliance, including: statutory audit in the Netherlands, consolidated audit of the group, income statements for clients, and KYC. In your role, you'll will be assigned with the following tasks: 

  • Prepare KYC documents according to AML samples from auditors.
  • Preparation of contract documentation according to sample contracts from auditors
  • Prepare confirmations of balances and ensuring signatures.
  • Provide statements of interest income for private banking clients and confirming balances with accountants.
  • Maintain KYC folders, both electronic and hard copy, and updating compliance software.
  • Act as a contact person for the compliance software provider and managing the upload of new features.
  • Draft documents which are documenting the approval process of provision of funds.
  • Check confirmations for audits of counter-parties and ensuring signatures.
  • Support with ESG, DAC 6 and DNB reporting. 

What Do You Bring? 
You are detail-oriented, organised, and have excellent communication skills. In this role, precision is crucial as you will handle sensitive financial and compliance documents. You have a mature attitude and are able to work independently in a small team. Furthermore, you'll bring:

  • a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • at least 2 years of experience in a KYC, CDD, or compliance-related role.
  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance software.
  • fluency in English, both verbal and written.
